How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your Sportia account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team with the following details:

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

• Your user profile and account credentials
• Personal information (name, email, phone number, date of birth)
• Profile photos
• Health and medical information
• Training and attendance records
• Device tokens and push notification preferences

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Financial transaction records and invoices (as required by tax and accounting regulations)
• Audit logs for security and compliance purposes
• Any data required to be retained under applicable Indian laws

Retained data will be anonymized where possible and will not be used for any purpose other than legal compliance.

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 48 hours and process the deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
• If you are the owner or administrator of an academy, you must transfer ownership or cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion.
• Deleting your account will remove your access to all academies you are associated with.
• Any active subscriptions should be cancelled before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
