Upon subscribing to Sportia, you receive immediate access to the platform and its features through your web browser or mobile device. No physical shipping, handling, or delivery is required.
2. Service Delivery
Access to Sportia is provided as follows:
- Instant Access: Upon successful subscription and payment authorization, you receive immediate access to the platform
- Web Access: Available through any modern web browser at sportia.app
- Mobile Access: Available through our mobile application on iOS and Android
- 24/7 Availability: The platform is available around the clock, subject to scheduled maintenance windows
3. Exchanges & Plan Changes
Since Sportia is a digital service, traditional product exchanges do not apply. However, you may change your subscription plan at any time:
- Upgrade: You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time through your account settings. The upgrade takes effect immediately
- Downgrade: You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- Plan Switch: You may switch between monthly and yearly billing periods from your subscription settings
